It's swell that R. Ramakrishnan invented a pocket typewriter and all, but why didn't they show a picture of it in the article? Wonder if it looks anything like this? Or this (a nice vintage intersection between the typewriting and pocket watch worlds)?
Ok, now I've taken this Google search too far, here's a link about doll house typewriters.
So, I appear to have no free time to post, perhaps even the opposite of free time -- a black hole of time? But I did want to point out that at least one of my typewriters got out this summer and spent a little time at the lake, just in case you thought Duffy Moon's typewriters were the only ones who ever took it easy once in awhile.
I am taking a brief webcation, in which one eschews all things digital in favor of typing and scrawling by hand, and thus Strikethru might seem a little dusty for a week. But then, I'll be back. Oh yes, I'll be back.
I plan also to finally use my darned box camera during this time, but I am afraid I have completely forgotten whatever I was told about how to use it. Olivander? Anyone? How the heck do you take a picture with those things?
